I went to seats and sofa store at den haag yesterday..just to have a look and the person was so pushy and also tried to flirt with me...they drained my mind and I ended up paying 650 euros for the couch..never told me there is any cancelation fee..just after 40 mins when I want to cancel they told me its not possible or 50 percent you have to pay...this is a serious gamble..when we are not buying your product and not using it why do we pay the amount... ?..and just in 40 mins what loss did you make...except making my loss and forcing me to pay huge amount of money..I need a full refund of my order..and cancel it..worst experience ever..kindly return my money
