Klacht Skypost: Packages were lost, contacted several times, no response, no compensation
KlachtI dispatched two packages to my families via this company in November 2015, several days later after post, there was no any tracking information about the packages. Then I contacted the custom services, they replied that it takes several days for updating the information, and asked me be patient. Two months later, there is still no information about the packages, the custom services then agreed to compensate the packages as they deem the packages were lost. On 3 May in 2016, I sent the documents they required ( the post proof, receipt for the products I bought), however, there is no any response, even they are online. I also have called them several times, but there is no answer on the phone.
Gewenste oplossingI want to get the money back ( including the post fees and the fees for the products)
