Your refund/exchange request has been denied due to a defect in the product you received.
I returned the product to check the status of the product, but there is no response after receiving the product.

Companies not responding to individual requests We are happy to solve the solution immediately. However, the company blacklisted me (not available for sale).

    There will be no further contact with this client because we have been conned.

    We have send a replacement product September second by UPS free of charge :

    And also a refund yesterday for the defective part which was not correctly installed in Korea.
    We do not wish to have any further contact with this client, cause after receiving the replacement part we did not get a reply, and to finish the matter we did send a refund.
    we have send 10.000 parcels the last 5 years worldwide with Original Ducati spares & this gentleman is the first to complain.

    Case is closed for us, and we will nt provide any Ducati spares to this person.
    After being in Business for over 40 years we know when the limit has been reached.
