Klacht Supersaver Travel: Restitutie van vlucht vanwege medische noodzaak was onmogelijk
Beste, dezelfde mail probeerde ik rechtsreeks naar syupersaver te sturen aar het blijkt dat de enige mogelijke contact met hen is via call centre.
On 17th of May 2017 I booked the tickets on supersaver.nl operated by Aeroflot from Dusseldorf to Ufa (28 july 2017) and from Ufa to Dusseldorf (13 august 2017), ticket numbers #5555600149164 and #5555600149163, for me, Adelya Khayrullina, and my son, Nathan Guillaume Doudart de la Grée. My son became sick with chickenpox on 23rd of July 2017, the doctor has recording about that on 24th of July 2017. Due to this contagious sickness the flight is not possible due to risk for other passengers. I have called to Aeroflot about this issue, they assured me that ALL of their tickets (even non-refundable) are applicable to cancellation with full refund in case of medical issue (with the proof from doctor). However, they could not assist me on this because I booked tickets via supersaver.nl. I have called multiple times to supersaver to ask about the cancellation and refund of my tickets due to the illness of my son and they told me that these tickets are non-refundable, even in the case of illness of one of the passengers. Moreover, they told me that it is not supersaver’s policy, but the policy of the company Aeroflot (which is not true). So, supersaver refused to refund me my tickets. This time, I would like to ask in the written form for refund of the full price of the flight tickets (569.24 euro). Otherwise, please explain the written form the reason why the tickets are non-refundable. I see that this accident doesn’t correspond to the policy of company Aeroflot but likely is an inappropriate action of supersaver. Also, it is impossible to contact supersaver via e-mail - if you send e-amil to email@example.com, you get an automatic reply that "Het e-mailadres waar u uw bericht naar heeft gestuurd is niet meer in gebruik". I would like to ask you for a quick reply. Tickets and the medical clarification can be provided upon request.
