I purchased an iPhone from T-mobile, It has absolutely no function of calling as the sound card is broken. I have sent it off for repair and under the consumer rights law in which the company must provide a free repair or replacement. I have been offered a repair for €422 or they can send my broken device back for a fee of €32.
I would like my product to be repaired for free or a free replacement sent back to me.
