Klacht T-Mobile : No solutions being offered, just arrogance and incompetence.
De klachtT-Mobile not providing accurate information regarding what’s required to provide a home internet service. Communication and accountability is non-existent. Have sent 3 technicians. At point of sale, information wasn’t explained. Overall, incompetent, arrogant and lazy service all round.
Saying now that entry point is wrong position and it is my responsibility. Three technicians did not offer any solutions. Call centre employers are not returning calls as they said they would, or providing emails. Not fulfilling their commitment.
Contract signed on December 1st 201@. Still no closer to installation on March 5 2020z
