Amonth ago I requested number portability of phone 615041500, which was part of a corporate account to be kept. Tmobile said they could not release the number unless break contract paying a fee. Than was accepted, they said they would proceed in 48 hours. Instead, they cut all services and provide no answer, just keep waiting. In the meantime I cannot receive or send call, and banking personal data has rejected transactions due to the inexistence of phone service with such number.

To provide phone services back to line 615041500 or allow other provider to do it.

    T-Mobile has not activated service for 615041500. Despite daily claims it does not give a date for solution, so far two weeks of harm. Without an active phone, credit cards, software credentials are being declined. Cannot make or receive phone calls. Neither they allow number portability to other provider. They claim technical issues without a reason. T-mobile has to compensate for damages!!

Depriving a phone number affects all kind of services like banking, credit card, software use, contact reach and out reach, etc. Your answer Mr. Vincent was not useful to solve my claims.     Disappointing results: T-Molile has no respect for client rights as they delay solutions to service unfair cutting,. Do not provide reasonable explanations nor attention to this claim. Judicial remedies should follow

    T-mobile does not reply . My consumer rights were violated and it seems like law and fairness are worth nothing for these provider.

    T-Mobile does not reply. They cut my pone services and denied number portability, hindering my customer rights not only depriving me to make or receive calls and digital data, but affecting software use, banking, memberships, etc. all tied up to my phone, which T Mobile decided to cut and give no explanation whatsoever. I will pursue claims before proper authorities.
