Amonth ago I requested number portability of phone 615041500, which was part of a corporate account to be kept. Tmobile said they could not release the number unless break contract paying a fee. Than was accepted, they said they would proceed in 48 hours. Instead, they cut all services and provide no answer, just keep waiting. In the meantime I cannot receive or send call, and banking personal data has rejected transactions due to the inexistence of phone service with such number.
To provide phone services back to line 615041500 or allow other provider to do it.
