I went to a website GSMWEB.NL, where I was looking to buy phone with a subscription for my spouse (Deepika Dhar). After some search I identified one option which I thought I would explore. As per the contract and understanding with this subscription I can use my current T-Mobile number along with the phone they will send. I was informed that they will reach out to T-Mobile and let me know. After this I received a mail that my request has been approved by T-Mobile and I assumed that as aligned it will be my current number (mail attached). Now after 4 Months T-Mobile generated a new number for me saying that the request has been raised by GSMWEB.NL and they also sent a bill of around 34 euro in my wife's name which they auto debited. I was shocked to know this since as per the contract it was about migration of existing number (page 4 of contract) and that how could a new number be generated without my consent or prior intimation and why I am forced to pay for that. I tried calling the customer service of GSMWEB.NL but they said that T-Mobile did not agree to migrate my existing number so they got a new number generated. I never agreed to generate a number as per the contract document and secondly how a new number is generated without my consent or prior intimations.
Now I am under extreme stress as I have an existing T Mobile subscription and than this new subscription is imposed on me which I am not in a position to bear expenses for

I have contacted T-Mobile customer care and not received any convincing answer. Would request if you can please help with this situation.

Gewenste oplossing

1. I want that new T-mobile number which is generated in Deepika Dhar's name should be closed immediately and GSMWEB should be responsible for expenses,
2. The amount which T-Mobile has already charged me for this new subscription be refunded (34 euros)
As the contract clearly mentions migration of existing t-mobile number, if its not possible than contract stands cancelled
