Klacht T-Mobile Mobiel: Cheated into a 2 year contract which cant be cancelled
De klachtI went to a T mobile shop for a monthly deal as i did not want a prepaid but could not commit for a year as I am an expat and am looking for a job where I may be given a new number. The T mobile person told me that it was a monthly contract and I agreed on a contract.
Now when I checked the contract on my app, it is a 2 year contract. This is something I wasn't informed. Since this happened on 7th Feb, I went to their outlet who said I need to call their call centre which has a menu only in dutch. Again I then went to their site and the chat support says that they cannot do anything and that I am now stuck in this contract. He told me to go back to the outlet.
This way of getting customers by lying to them is really wrong. Even the house number and address given in the contract is wrong as the executive couldn't find my house no and put what he felt like. At no point could I agree to a 2 year contract if I was told the same. Please help me
De oplossingI want the company to cancel my contract as I was not properly briefed on terms and conditions.
