De klacht

After being a client of Vodafone for the last 4 years, I decided to switch to T-mobile and I asked for the unlimited plus package for both numbers I have. I also chose two new phone devices and I was told that I have to pay an amount in advance, and then, a monthly amount in addition to my unlimited package. I had given all my personal information and the chat took place in English language. I was supported by the chat client service in a very smooth way and I was asked to agree with the terms and conditions. Once I was called to pick up the phone I was told that, because I am not Dutch (I have an EU country passport) I have to pre-pay for the whole price of the mobile phones. This is discriminatory and not in line with the terms and conditions we agreed.

Follow the agreed terms and conditions and compensation for discriminatory behavior and my time to find a solution with legal experts.

    I am very sorry to receive your response.

    You probably forgot to mention that you asked me to sign and agree on terms and conditions which you changed afterwards. I asked legal advise and will make sure you get a notice from my lawyer.

    I was told to contact you first to give you the opportunity to reconsider what the support service wrote about "losing millions from foreigners".

    You proposed something different. I got confirmation via email on our agreement and then you changed the terms on your own. This is not fair.

    I will take the legal way because I believe that both your support service and acceptance policy are discriminatory and unacceptable for an EU state.
