Klacht T-Mobile Mobiel: Mixed up contracts

De klacht

I have been a client of T-mobile for the past 10 years despite of their ever increasing prices anf declining quality. My complaint at the moment is their staff mixed up my iphone and ipad abonnement since 2015, which cost me extra money for over 1 year. I only found out about it when I was about to renew my iphone contract in September 2016. They assured me that issues have been rectified, although despite of their mistake costing me money, I received NO compensation. I now want to end my ipad abonnement as it's been almost 2 years since i started the contract (June 2015), to my shock they renewed it without my permission stating contract date 14 January 2017 and ending on 14 January 2019. Customer service again said that i "asked" for a renewal in September 2016, which I didn't do for ipad. I asked for renewal for my phone subscription that was about to end in October 2016. Again, the incompetence and mix up caused by staff is baffling and I want my existing iPad contract to be ended. The sooner they do it, the better it is.

De oplossing

End my ipad subscription ASAP! Customers shouldn't be held responsible for staff's mistake! I wasn't even compensated for your mistakes that cost me hundreds of euro between June 2015 and September 2016.
