Opgelost door T-Mobile Thuis: No internet - 2nd time this week !! & with no info from T-Mobile !!!

Today 25 th March is a second time during this week,,that there is no internet at all!!! For a few hours...but there is o way to contact aybody inn T-Mobile for an info.!! Some idiotic web-robot called Lotte responding to any message...idiocy at the best.. but however the Llotte or person behind respond i english saying they only respond to messages in DUTCH..Only ...I hope all international clients will be gone from T-mobile
!! Plus no phone contact available at all !!!! After around 3 hours they send a message that there is an issue !!!! why not after half an hour ???? or directly.??..In those time fact that T-Mobile is playing with servers is more than criminal !!!! second time in a week !!!! Just some thoughts..I am going to change internet provider immediately !!!!...

    Thank you for a phone call .It is very kind you took time to talk about issues I have experienced with T- Mobile in the last year...and klacht . I hope you will improve klantenservice and contact options. have already switched to the other internet provider, thus I hope that this case will prevent other clients of T-Mobile from experiencing similar issues in the future.
