I bought a WT2 Translator In-Ear buds from Talendomein. I received it, briefly tried it, it didn't work at all for what I need so I sent it back. They are now refusing to issue a refund on the basis of 'hygiene reasons'. Their website T&C do include reference to 'hygiene reasons' but not in relation to electrical goods. The reference to 'hygiene reasons' is not listed in their Return Page nor in their Return label. Before proceeding to the purchase I didn't have to thick a box to accept the terms and conditions. I returned a similar in-ear bud translator to Bol and had no problems. Can you please assist me with my complain?
I would like clarification if the exception of 'hygiene reasons is actually applicable to in-ear earbuds since I had a refund with no problems from Bol.
A refund of 200euros - which I can accept since I dont want to waste more time on this case.
