Klacht Tele2: company producing bills even though I am not a customer anymore
De klachtI have moved out from Tele2 to another operator on 23-12-2019, and they are still sending me bills since then. They asked me to pay the bills not the face a credit note decrease and they even charged me a reconnection fee of 28 euros after I paid those bills I was not supposed to pay. I had numerous contacts with them without any solution, now they are telling they have closed my contract on 7th of May, yet they sent me a bill on 19th of May and withdrew the amount from my account on 25th of May.
