De klacht
I took an Internet package, 24EURO/month; when I asked about the termination conditions (I am studying here), the guy said "no worries, If you will move to another location where there is internet, just send the proof of your new location, and we will close the contract for you"; I moved to another location, because had to, where there is internet, ,and now they don't want to close my contract (after I send the proof of moving to the new address). How can I fix this situation?Don't want to pay for something that I don't use. They didn't keep their words. thank you, AlexandraDe oplossing
