Klacht Tripsta: No invoice for the purchase
I have booked a flight through tripsta.nl for Eur 165, then made a change and paid an extra Eur 50. I received the invoice for Eur 165 but not for Eur 50. I have called several times over a month, requesting the invoice. Every time they tell me I will receive it within 48 hours, but I never do. There is no complaint mechanism in the website either.
