I ordered a TV on 31 March 2022, canceled on 1st April. Even after sending more than 35 emails back and forth, I still haven't received the complete refund. Twice they refunded me 10% of the amount. They still owe me 80% of the €1549.00 that I paid them. It's more than two and a half months now, and they aren't even responding to emails anymore.
Give me my money back immediately. It has been more than 2 and a half months. This is so stressful.
I was paid back the rest of the amount. I am annoyed that it took so many actions on my end to get my money back, so no matter what they say at this point, this is not a company I would recommend to anyone. In fact I would actively let people know my experience in whatever format I get the chance to.
