Klacht Tweak.nl: I haven't got back my deposit for the router
De klachtI had one year contract for Internet services with them and I had a router from them, for which I had to pay 50 EUR deposit. In August, I sent this router back and I still haven't got back my money from the deposit. I've called them several times, but I didn't get a clear payment date and they are just telling me to wait. The strange part is that there is a credit invoice and they state that it has been already, but it isn't.
