Klacht Vans.nl: Vans hasn't delivered my warranty product for 3 month. Customer service is slow.

De klacht

I returned a product for warranty to a label store (that is located 30km from my home). They were unable to order a new product from the head office. I traveled there twice for nothing. (At the store I was even asked to contact the store in England where I originally purchased my product.)

I contacted the customer service via email. They are trying to send me back to the store, but I don't want to travel there again unnecessarily.
They refuse to deliver the product online.

This case has been ongoing since the end of October.

I want my product to be delivered online

De oplossing

I want to receive my product online instead of having me travelling to a store where I went twice and the employees were unable to help me.
