Dear Madam, Sir,
As of 31/07/2007 - 30/12/2007, I rent through a Real estate agency Vesting Vastgoed an apartment located at Beukstraat 2565 ZA Hague. For this I was charged a broker s commission of € 684.25. However, I found this apartment myself and the rent was 575 euros/month.
According to the Dutch law, paragraph 4 Civil Code : should not be charged to the tenant these costs.
I therefore unduly paid the agency fee and claim this refund of the commission fee.
of € 684.25 within seven days from today ( 12/06/2015) .
