De klacht

I am mariama T.Noorderveen, I got a letter from the vrienden lotterij that I won a prize of 2000 Euro,I was happy,so I call them to confirm if it was true and yes it was ..
According to the lady on the phone the money was paid to my bank account???I told the lady itmy name is mariama T.Noorderveen
I won a price of 2000Euro.
The price was paid to different bank account different from me.According to them the money was paid to a wrong account.???strange but OK.
I told them it not my problem,they make the mistake so they must fix it.
At the end after so many calls they said they will not pay me.
I have the right fit my money.
Pls help me get my right.I feel discriminated because I speak English en they don't care

De oplossing

I am a member of the vrienden lotterij and if I win something I have the right to it...its their mistake to pay my money to a wrong bank account..they have all my details right but now they are telling me they can't pay again...
I want my winning money and I hope that they pay as soon as possible. Hope you can help me.

    In response to your message we tried to call you several times but unfortunately we were unable to get in contact with you.

    We are sorry we cannot tell you otherwise as we explained before.
    The price has been payed to the IBAN as you provided at your registration.
    Please call our Customer service if you need more information. You can call us from 9.00 to 21.00 on phone number 0900 - 300 1400 (50 c per call).

    Unfortunately I do not agree with your decision, its so strange that you have all my details correctly but my IBAN not correct????
    I am sure I gave the write IBAN ,I can not give a complete wrong account that belongs to someone else...
    Normally if I type a wrong account number the system tells me that it's invalid..
    This is no mistake, you paid the money to someone else's account with with my winning phone number.
    You made a mistake so fix it or we do legal action

    Dear vrienden lotterij,
    How is it possible that you have all my details correct but not my account????
    Maybe it's better to recheck your staff en ask why that money was paid in a different account????
    It's not a co-incidence...
    Anyway we can't go further because you say it's my fault,I am very hurt and disappointed in your reactie and the way you handle me...
    I will not stop here but I will take legal actions to fight my right and that this will not happen to another person.
