Thank you for your email. I would like to clarify the following : By the following sentence, you wrote the me : " As already explained by my colleagues, we are not responsible for the connection point in your own home. We only provide the service itself and this responsibility does not include the connection point itself. As explained, there are ways for you to provide for a connection point" , you confirmed that you did not inform and ensure me that I have a phone jack to connect with XS4ALL. I do believe that this is your responsibility to provide the customer with right information and to check if I can get the connection from you. Right now, the fact that you did not inform me is causing me a lot of problem. Due to the lack of information from your side, I kindly ask you to cancel my contract without any fees. I kindly ask you to provide me with a reply within 5 days.
