Klacht Zilveren Kruis: Charging Unfair Amounts for The Past Time
I am charged for the health insurance that I did not get the service for.
I got my bsn number in 23 of September and apply for the health insurance beginning of October.
However, they charged from the August total more than 700 Euros.
How it does make sense to charge me for the time I was not insuranced ?
I called them for this but they are refusing for the refund.
I would like to get a refund for the unfair chargers to my bank account.
